Good location on I10 and close to Airport. Very pleasant staff. Clean and well appointed room. I did not use the restaurant but did have a salad at the bar and enjoyed it very much. My only concern was noise from A/C unit and portable dehumidifier.

I was charged for a free breakfast and then it was put back on my credit card. But since all of my expenses show up on opur company travel it is all screwed up.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza as a convention delegate. The accommodations were great. The pre-planned meals were very good and the Landing Restaurant featured a varied and reasonably priced menu. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. It was a great experience and I would recommend the Crowne Plaza wholeheartedly.

Nell and Jael at the front desk recognized me as usual and greeted me with a warm smile.
Melissa and Jenna are both excellent bartenders. They know what I like to drink, have it in my hand as soon as I am seated. .
Friendly faces after a long day of work are much appreciated.

We used this hotel for our block of rooms for our son's wedding. Family and friends commented we could not have made a better choice. It is so convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and just an easy drive to downtown New Orleans. The airport shuttle was a Godsend. Even though this was our first trip to this area, it was so easy to navigate from this hotel. Staff members were always greeting us in the hall/lobby and asking if there was anything we needed. They catered to our special needs and requests without question. We did utilize the bar and restaurant on a few occasions and the food was excellent. Ms. Treadway was my contact individual for the block contract and she was phenomenal, very accommodating and a joy with whom to work. I would definitely recommend this hotel for just a quick over night stay but even more so for an extended stay.
