Disappointing Changes

I have been staying at this hotel since it reopened after Katrina. I am a Platinum Priority Club member and have always enjoyed visiting with Kimberly and Dinah in the executive lounge - both are AWESOME and made not only myself but anyone that came in feel welcome and appreciated. Hotel is now under new management. The executive lounge has been closed, priority club members are "invited" to come into the restaurant. The menu in the restaurant has also changed and many of the favorites have been removed, while this was once one of my favorite places to eat when heading back to the airport, my last visit was very disappointing.

My entire experience was a good one. This includes the cleanliness of the room, the responsiveness of the staff, etc..

My only difficulty was not being able to get Internet via the "free" service on none of my 3 devices. This was reported and demonstrated to the front desk staff who said they contacted someone. The problem was never addressed with me. I checked with peers and they were able to connect but reported the service as very slow.
