Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Overpriced and not sympathetic We lost power and booked nights 4 and 5 at this hotel online which indicated rates were about $150 per night. We were booked for Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday morning I asked what would happen if we got our power back in the afternoon. They said that if we are there after noon, we would have to pay the extra night no matter what. Well, our power was restored at 2 pm. We did stay there since we knew we had to pay for it. What we didn't know is the rate went up to $199 that night. From $149. The hotel is definitely not worth that price in King of Prussia and they could have been a little flexible given our power situation. February 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by noisy and did not solve the problem of noise Attended a workshop for the entire weekend and Friday night and Saturday night other guests on the floor (teenagers for a squash tournament who were likely in rooms but unsupervised by adults) ran up and down the halls, talking and laughing loudly , shrieking and slamming of doors. Each night I called down at least 4 times to the front desk. Security or the manager would come up to ask for quiet and 3 minutes after the manager leaves it all starts up again. I had informed the front desk at check in that I was with the Delco workshop and they did not place me on the floors where other dancers were staying. That aside, the fact that this hotel allow unsupervised teenagers to occupy rooms and allows this level of noise and disrespectful behavior is ridiculous. When I checked out I asked to be compensated for my most unpleasant stay and had to go through 3 people before getting to the manager who was still reluctant to not charge me for part of my stay. I guess they were hoping I would give up and just accept a petty offer to comp my breakfasts and one dinner. Poor poor customer service. February 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor temperature control The particular room I stayed in (201) did not have central air/heat controls, but instead had an in-wall room air conditioner. Even with the AC on coldest setting the room was uncomfortably warm & dry all night which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep February 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Repeat Customer This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. It is very close to King of Prussia Mall and many restaurants. Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed! The only issue is the TV channel selection. Many stations are not in HD, so the picture quality is quite poor. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised by this. Other than that it was a great value for the price. January 4, 2014

When I checked in, my room was near the noisy ice machine/soda dispenser so I asked for another room. Without any hassle, I was given a room mid-way down the hall, which was very quiet. The dining room was excellent, both food quality and service. My room had a great shower. Hotel is in a good location for vacationing. January 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel with excellent rooms and service We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The king bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had nice amenities. The LA Fitness (free access) has a great indoor heated pool and hot whirlpool, which we enjoyed as well. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was one of the best we have ever experienced!
