Guests with Allergy Issues

Our stay at the King of Prussia Crowne Plaza Hotel was overall a great experience. However, I have two suggestions to make. Offerings of gluten free cereal (hot or cold), Almond milk, and non-dairy creamer would be nice to have as options at the 5th floor continental breakfast for folks with gluten and dairy issues. Otherwise the generous selections presented were of excellent quality . The other item of concern were the soaps and toiletries offered in the bathroom of the room we stayed in as they were not hypo-allergenic. Since we came prepared with our own hypo-allergenic supplies it wasn't an issue for us. We did see the note suggesting the front desk be notified if there was anything we needed and appreciated the offer. Something else to consider fror folks with allergy issues would be offering rooms without carpeting.

Good stay but aircon way too noisy

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel - I have stayed here many times before, and always stay here when I visit the area. The room and bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfy. I ordered room service breakfast both mornings. My orders were accurate and the delivery staff were friendly and punctual.

My only niggle is that the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud, even when I turned the set temperature up. It kept waking me up during my first nights sleep. For the second night I switched it off totally.
