Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by June stay in Kochi Overall we had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very good, especially Bibek the Manager in Mosaic, Arun the sous checf and Ajit in Aroma. Breakfast was excellent, as was the evening buffet and a la carte menu. The only small issue we had was that wa had booked into a Club level room which had complimentary soft drinks throughout the day. Each time we used this service we were asked to pay and had to explain the situation. It would good if there was some way of staff knowing what package we were on as it seemed to cause confusion every time. The other small issue was that towles were left out around the pool during rain showers, so that when we came to use them after the rain stopped, they were a bit damp. I appreciate this is difficult when monsoon season is approaching. Generally our stay was lovely and relaxing and we wodul stay here again. June 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bed and bedsheet I am usually not comfotable with the default sheet used in bed and the quilt cover. With the calmness of the room the friction between the body and these sheets makes a squeaky noise disturbing the sleep. It's not your fault, perhaps I would ask to change them during my next arrival and would request to provide something used in households. Thanks June 6, 2014
