We have lots of family in the Portland area and always stay at the Crowne Plaza. It's got fabulous staff, big rooms and we especially appreciate you being dog-friendly. We always travel with our 2 Golden Retrievers and you always make them welcome! Thank you!

I can honestly say I have stayed at this location well over 100 nights in the last 5 years. The desk manager, Justin has always made sure I get a great room, a comfy bed, and anything that needs attention gets addressed immediately. If you are looking for a location close to Portland, but easy to get south to Salem and Eugene, and do not like moving hotels every night this may a location you want to consider. I service 5 states in my territory, and stay at fantastic resorts in Florida, California and South Carolina already this year. My nights in hotel every month is 10-15 stays. These folks do a great job. If you every need something made right Justin and his staff will take care of you.

My family and I decided to stay an additional night and make a weekend of it because I had a doctor's appointment at 7:45 a.m. on Monday morning. Brittany at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I had asked her about the couch pulling out as an extra bed because we brought our granddaughters with us. She took it upon herself and sent extra bedding up for the girls. We used the swimming pool and hot tub and then on Monday I used the shuttle to transport me to my doctor's appointment and they also picked me up. Everyone was awesome!!!

When we have a need to stay overnight in Lake Oswego, this is the hotel we choose to stay at........familiar, safe, and convenient.

Old computers still running WindowsXP, impossible to print anything, etc. Fitness center is about the same size as a normal room with minimal functioning equipment.

Great Staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar to the service staff. Nice rooms with really good beds.

It's unusual these days to receive good customer service, so I was especially struck by the extraordinary customer service at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Lake Oswego. Especially Clay at the front desk, and a wonderful room-service deliver person whose name I failed to remember.
