Excellent place to stay - great location - only thing I can say negatively is the beddring must have been new (which could be a good thing) - it was quite stiff and scratchy - otherwise awesome place -

My family and I had a very good experience with the Crown Plaza. The location was centrally located near restaurants, the free-way, shopping, and our destination. The room was stylish and comfortable. We plan to stay here again in May.

This was the recommend place to stay for my daughters gymnastics meet in town which is why we chose it. It was unknown to me that others that had stayed at this location in the past chose alternative places thier second time to this event. The staff was present, though not particularly friendly or helpful. The room was decent though there was no information available about the resturant, or any other accomodations that were available to us. When we asked the front desk about our complimentary appetizer and cocktail they looked annoyed, handed us a menu and said the resturant wasn't open. Needless to say we never got these. When we went to get our complimentary breakfast in the morning the waitress was rude when I asked her what the breakfast covered and said that I needed to check with the front desk even though I had my card, When I asked the front desk she seemed confused as to why I was asking. Last thing, when I went to fill my coffee cup in the lobby and it was empty I asked the waitress in the resturant if I could get topped off she said she would have to charge me. Another thing was that we were on the 6th floor on the opposite side of the elevator though we could hear it ding all night long. I feel sorry for the people that were right next to it. On a good note the room was very clean and bedding was comfortable, but I do not think we will be staying her for the meet next year.

First, I must say that I never write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel that I had to say thank you to the staff. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the turn down service. I forgot a few toiletry items and the front desk prompty helped me to find what I needed. Even though there was some kind of team staying at the hotel that could get loud during the day, the staff seemed to do a great job of keeping them contained. The restaurant had a wide variety of choices and was tasty! I loved the coconut shrimp. The location was perfect too; I didn't want to stay in busy downtown Portland, and this hotel was located just off I-5, a few exits from downtown so I could get to my appoinments with ease. Thanks Crowne Plaza!

I would recommend this hotel if staying in the area. Good service and friendly staff. Convenient location, near to good restuarants and a Trader Joes nearby.
The fitness center is very small, however a fitness club is nearby, within 1/2 mile.

My wife said she wouldn't stay there again because the room was so dirty. Didn't expect that a Crown Plaza would look like a 1-2 star motel as far as cleanliness

The best part about the Crowne Plaza Lake Oswgo is the staff. The guest rooms are great, but the staff keeps me coming back. They always give me such a warm welcome which makes me feel very comfortable while I travel. Thank you Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego!

The front dest was very helpful - shuttle drivers were great, taking me to and from OSHU. Room was very clean and comfortable. Helped when I had a unexpected guest come in from out of town - getting another very nice room. Restuarant was very clean and the food was good and helpful staff. Would stay again.

I travel to Wilsonville several times a year on business, and I always stay at the Crowne Plaza in Lake Oswego. It's consistently clean and well maintained, with large rooms and generous upgrades, but the real stars are the staff! They always make me feel at home.
Also the food is very good, especially the breakfast buffet. You won't find a better value in the South Portland area.

My husband and I stayed at the Crown Plaza, Lake Oswego, for two nights in the Governor's Suite. Our two nights were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The room location was so quiet, it was easy to sleep later than normal.
The staff was pleasant to talk to and very polite.
We have stayed at the Crown Plaza many times, and this is our first choice of location while visiting Portland, as I am confident our stay will be comfortable and the rooms will always be clean.

Surprised they allow dogs in sleeping rooms of this type of Hotel. Walked by at room and believe party was gone for the eve or out to dinner and left two dogs in the room that were barking at any body walking in the hall way. A Hotel of this class should not allow dogs or pets in the rooms. This would not surprise me if Motel 6 would allow this but did surprise me that Crown Plazza allows this.

I was expecting much more than what we recieved. There were no liners in the garbage can, the coffee pot, doors, corners and walls were filthy, they seemed to have been overlooked quite a few times and I am not a neat freak, there was pink gooey stuff in some of the areas and sticky stuff all over.

I have been staying at this Crowne Plaza for the past 4 years, I estimate that I have logged some 250 nights at this location during that time. Thought it time to write a review. I have always been impressed with the staff - great people doing a great job. The property has always provided me with a clean and quiet room, upgraded most of the time given the number of days I have stayed there. Whenever I noted problems (very seldom) they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The restaurant is really good and underappreciated - probably because there are so many excellent restaurants so close by. So I give this Crowne Plaza my highest review - great value, great location, great staff. Thanks

The staff is helpful and friendly. Too bad the management/owner
doesn't invest in remodeling this old and tired property. It also appears that maintenance and up keep are forgotten. Keeping the hotel clean is also and issue. The halls were not vacuumed for five straight days....and room service trays were left in the halls
for more than a day. Finally, the night stand lamp bulb holder was
held together with black electrical tape....not safe. I could go on with more negatives, but I suspect the issues wont be addressed.

I want to tell you that your manager, Justin, was wonderful in helping us while we were at your hotel. He went out of his way to find us a suite that would work for my elderly mother and her caregiver. This was at the last minute and he was really great. All of your staff is good, but he is a "stand out" and a perfect example of customer service. We will be back there next week and will always stay there when visiting family.
Also, we really, really appreciate being able to bring our dogs. Thank you so much for being dog-friendly!!!

The property was a bit hidden. When I checked in, I felt "invisible". The front desk was not very helpful. I had to ask all the questions, instead of the information being offered to me. I asked where the elevators were, after I was handed the key, and was just left standing there. They motioned to a corner of the hotel... never found it after walking the perimeter. Also, the breakfast situation and locating a restaurant that had anybody staffing it was unclear the next morning. I checked out way early to just get the heck out of there. Seemed like a lot of absent staff in body and customer service. The price was definitely too much for the lack of service.

The hotel is built in a very unique style and the architecture is really very attractive. The rooms themselves are rather dull and need updating. Overall it is a beautiful hotel in a great area but there are some accommodations with regards to the amenities that could use updating.
