Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 交通不便,服务可以做得更好 酒店的交通不便,外出很难打车。建议酒店可以有一些赠品赠饮或补贴之类吸引出租车前来等候载客的政策以方便住客。 大堂吧由于有不消费的客人随意散座,因此没有服务员主动招呼客人消费,沙发散乱无人归位。 可能是以兰州最好的酒店自居的缘故,除客房服务员很真诚热情之外,所有厅面服务员都有一种笑容掩饰下的倨傲和高高在上,貌似恭谨而欠真诚,表现得对客人不屑一顾。 September 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 房间OK,服务不好 前厅服务人员的服务态度很差。早餐时,餐厅很乱,很多用过餐的桌子都没有清理。礼宾部找不到服务人员,问询没人理会。大堂吧很多菜单上的饮料和食品都没有。大堂的公共厕所,不干净。客房总体来说,比较舒适。但是客房有蚊子。housekeeping没有开夜床。 September 3, 2014
