Wonderful room and hotel! Rude front desk

My wife and I came here the night after our wedding. We reserved an upgraded room with jaccuzi tub. The room had terrific amenities and was definitely worth the money. The front desk staff was not very friendly though when we checked in. Then, the tub did not work that night and I had to make several calls to the front desk to get the problem resolved in which their attitude was annoyed and rude. After it got working, everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay with the exception of the front desk staff.

This hotel could be a bit updated, but the staff were super friendly and responsive to my needs. Some special requests were brought up to my room, and the bar staff were quick and had helpful suggestions. .

Hotel is ok and fairly clean. Front desk staff isn't the most friendly but gets the job done. Hotel is fairly dated but again adequate. Everything was ok but not worth more than 3 stars. If price is right might be a good choice.

Old and dated

This property is in severe need of every possible upgrade. Exterior, interior, all common areas and the rooms. It might be better to knock it down and start again. . My room did not have an exterior window, only a second entry way. Furniture was old and dated as well as the icky throw pillows that were on the bed. The bed was good. (a sleep number) Lighting was horrible, especially in the bathroom. I wanted out as soon as I arrived. Until I know this location has been remodeled and updated, I would never stay again. Sorry, Crowne Plaza. I find most of your properties need significant investment.
