Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Need Vending Machines This hotel needs to install some hallway vending machines. If you want a soda you have to call room service. Shouldn't be that way in 2013. Also could use a liltle gift shop for toiletries etc. February 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dining & Lounge Experiences Food service is eratic and at best boring, the quality of the food is often disappointing. Kitchen could use a wake-up call or a new head chef. The lounge atmosphere is depressing. Furniture is worn out, no barstools etc., with a little imagination it could be significantly better. Seems as though the hotel regards it as a nuisance instead of a potential revenue center. January 19, 2013
