On the ground floor of the old Selys Longchamps town house is the Le Selys gastronomic restaurant.
Seating 50 inside, le Selys has an aperitif area and two dining rooms, including the Lovinfosse room, named after a Liege artist, decorated with Chinese frescos dating from the 18th century.
The restaurant has also a southfacing terrace seating 40, with an unbeatable view of the glowing city.

With its a la carte menu options and cocotte du jour,the brasserie of the Crowne Plaza Liage stands out through its excellent value for money.
Offering a capacity of 90 interior seats, it is completed in good weather by a spectcular outside terrace of 90 seats few deckchairs outside.
In the morning, from 7 am to 10.30 am, the O Cocottes brasserie also serves the hot and cold buffet breakfasts.
A brunch is served each Sunday from 11:30 AM.
