Our favorite hotel in Belgium

This was the second time within the last four years that we have stayed at the Crowne Plaza, Liege. Once again, it exceeded our already high expectations. The staff was professional. The property is beautiful and the rooms are perfectly suited for both business and leisure.

Stay here if you enjoy being sneered at by hotel staff, made to feel like a second class citizen and very poor service in a restaurant. A blight on the Crowne Plaza brand

Broken dreams

Was hoping to show my wife what my hometown
had to offer in terms of charm and hospitality
Unfortunately our experiences were on the whole
negative ( refer to my earlier comments )
The staff tried to help but their response was
The worst part has to do with the fire alarm.
I was told the kitchen smoke triggered it .
Fire dept call was cancelled within one minute but the hotel evacuation endured much longer.
My wife has yet to recover emotionally and
physically( sprained knee }
