Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience Stayed in CP Lima for just a night during a business trip, but that short stay was amazing. See the rating, however not mentioned there is the food which was also excellent. The guest care and staff approach was outstanding. Will return to this hotel when I get back to Lima. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location great service, bit noisy rooms The location is very well located, if you don´t mind walking 500 meters, you´ll be in a shopping mall in Malecón Miraflores, and the Malecón is just great!. Room had a Street view on the 6th floor, so, a bit noisy. They don´t have the typical soft-hard pillows to choose from, but I told talked to the manager in a drinks and snaks invite that they 1 Wednesday of the month, and the following day they changed all my pillows from hard to soft. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff! The staff could not have been more warm and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. After a couple of days, the Crowne Plaza felt like home. I don't think I would choose to stay anywhere else in Lima. Again, the staff is really top drawer. Met all expectations of a five star hotel. I'm missing the excellent buffet breakfast! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and hospitality. I arrived at the Lima airport after midnight, and it was almost 2am by the time I arrived at the hotel. The front desk had the check-in paperwork ready, and they have also prepared a welcome letter that detailed the benefits and perks that I would be receiving as a Platinum IHG Club member (including a welcome pisco sour drink, complimentary buffet breakfast, and an order of complimentary snack and complimentary glass of wine at the bar). The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff was courteous and very professional. The room was spacious (furnishing was a bit sparse, but that was fine for me), and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent shower, and the bathroom was nicely designed and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent, food selection was good, and the service from the wait-staff was smooth and attentive. The service at the bar was equally excellent and attentive, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food on the complimentary snack plate. The hotel's location in Miraflores is very convenient, and the serene atmosphere of the lobby and the bar provides a peaceful haven from the hustle bustle of the noisy streets outside. Check-out was quick and efficient. My compliments to the management and the staff for such excellent understated service - it was very evident that the entire hotel staff (from front desk to restaurant to bar to housekeeping) all understood the spirit of hospitality that is the foundation of a very well-run hotel. I used points for this stay, but I would very gladly return as a paying guest to this hotel the next time I am in Lima. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. January 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a nice time due to the people very nice time, I had to travel after cancelling my reservation, the staff at the front desk was very nice and customer oriented, I explained that I needed a room for a night ant the next day my wife and daughter will come, my daughter is 1 year and 4 months old so i needed a special place for her, they looked for a room where I could stay and the next day that my wife and daughter will arrive will be possible to have the small bed for my little girl. I was very nice as they were always looking that we had a nice time. I will come back every time to the same place. December 3, 2013
