Perfect place to relax

I stay here every time I visit Little Rock. The staff is great and the rooms are as well. My friends that live in the area stop by for a drink in the bar area, it is inviting and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Made reservations a month in advance. Reservation was for a king bed on the 5th floor.. we checked in room and we're giving two double beds. Went to service desk, where we were given another room which was a king sized bed but there was no difference in room from when we stayed a month back on thhe 1st floor. Different price of about $40 for 5th floor. Went back to service desk and was changed to another room on 5th floor and checked into that one where room smelled like smoke and the smoke detectors had battery pulled out and making noise. Also old glass sitting on floor from past gusts. Went back down and told desk that we would keep that room but room needed to be aired out and smoke detector needed fixed. We went to dinner came back where room was smelled better but smoke detector still was going off. One last time went to desk to hAve fixed.

We will not be back and was very disappointed in service
