During my latest stay, I had water back up from the drain into the tub just prior to my early morning shower and the coffee maker seemed to not work correctly. These kinds of things have never happened at your facility before and I've been there multiple times. I will come back. I appreciated the considerations afforded when I was there the week before when my wife was having surgery at UAMS.

Went here for a special occasion & a nice dinner. The room was so small it did not even have a chair to watch TV. The restaurant and pool are only divided by a partial wall. Several little league teams were staying there & in the pool. I can't describe the noise during dinner. So much for fine dinning. Then to top it off Dominio's Pizza shows up with 10 pizzas for the kids served on the tables next to us. So a parade of wet noisy kids came & went during our dinner.
Poor design of the restaurant & bar area Should be located elsewhere in the hotel.

The only issue i observed was that the stairwells are poorly kept. I generally take the stairs and avoid elevators. I found an assortment of cups, wrappers and general trash on the steps and stairs during my stay and it was the same each day. Thus i know they were not cleaned during the lenght of my stay.

Work desk is used to hold coffee pot and other things. Not enough room to work. Desk chair sits all theway down and won't come up at all (both times I stayed here). Horrible ergonomics. Easier to set up laptop on the bed.

The reception staff was very efficient. Rooms were neat and quiet, bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be in the area.

We felt like royalty! Everyone was so nice. We actually had scheduled a stay at a Spring hill suites and had a bad experience so we decided to try Crowne Plaza. What a difference, and for almost the same price! I wish I had started with you all first. Looking forward to visiting again.

My husband and I are in our 60 's we traveled with our grandchildren to a state soccer tournament . This was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip !! I loved the large comfortable bed with great movies ! I had trouble with my remote I called the front desk and in less than 5 min. The remote was replaced what wonderful service . The gentle man who brought the remote had a hugh smile and asked if my husband or I needed anything else . The grand children enjoyed the indoor and out door pool . Everyone enjoyed the wonderful breakfast . There was so much food to choose from , and the waitress kept our coffee cups full !!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza in Little Rock, AR. The staff was accommodating and responded to my needs. The breakfast was nutritious and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will stay at the Crowne Plaza when I need a room in Little Rock for business or pleasure.

We had a great visit--just a quick overnight stay but the staff was FABULOUS!! It didn't matter who we asked, everyone was so very helpful, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the first time in April for a Child Nutrition workshop. The front counter staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The next morning I had asked if my spouse could have a late check out since I would be in class till 4 p.m. They were happy to let him stay past check out.
I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Never have stayed in Little Rock. But, really trust the Holiday inn brand. So the hotel in West Little Rock surprised us. We were very comfortable and the staff was nice. The pool and the bar area was great.
We also enjoyed the town itself. Downtown was great. We found it very safe and friendly.

While we are not frequent visitors to the hotel, this is our fourth stay in the past three years as we travel to Texas from Indiana. We were disappointed this time in the overall sense of decline. Immediately noticeable was the elimination of the Club Suite which detracted greatly from the Executive Floor experience. Substitution of $1 drink coupon not quite the same. Then some other things surfaced: no hand towels in the bathroom; only one coffee cup; a TV remote control that did not work and had to be replaced; 20+ channels not available on the TV. In the restaurant you state that you prepare your burgers "Medium" but the burnt offering that arrived was anything but that. The red wine was quite warm, but the pour was appropriate. As I said at checkout - there was a sense of malaise and slippage overall that was disappointing. In the morning, the coffee pot only made a half-cup so perhaps the omission of the second cup was appropriate.

My family and I came here for a relaxing weekend and overall it was a great weekend. There were a couple of pitfalls during our stay, but nothing major at all. When we first got there the check-in when without a problem and we were on our way to the room very quickly.
When we got to our room though the room was joined to another room so we could hear the neighbors and I just hoped it wouldn't be that way the entire night. We happened to be in Little Rock at the same time a baseball tournament was occurring and during a conference occurring at the hotel. With all that said the noise level was almost silent in the rooms. Even the neighbors were either checked out or gone by the time we went to bed that night. I would have to say though the cleanliness of the room was a little lower. The fridge that was in the room had someone's milk from Starbucks still in it and had been unplugged since the last customer. The so called, "Clean remote" had crusted stains on it like someone had cheese puffs and then touched the remote, we cleaned it before we used it. Plus the batteries were terrible in it. We reserved a room with a King bed and a fold out couch so we could basically have two large beds. The ingenious people that laid out the room failed to realize that the couch cannot be folded out when it is only 3 feet from the bed. My son and I moved the nightstand on far side of the bed, moved the couch, and moved the night stand on the side of the bed the couch was on. We could fold out the bed now, but the night stand was gone for one side of the bed and you couldn't sit at the desk and have the couch folded out. A little bit more follow through would have prevented this problem. Knowing that 3 people checked into a room and that they would not be using the door to the next room would have been a good clue to know that the couch needed to be moved. When I mentioned I moved the couch during check out the front desk person #which looked like the manager# said, "Yeah a lot of people do that. It's not a problem at all, We can put it back." If it's a known problem why isn't the layout fixed to be able to use the couch? Finally it seemed every other channel didn't work when flipping through the channels, so that made our evening entertainment a little limited, which was fine, we needed to go to sleep.
The leftovers in the fridge, the unclean remote, limited working channels and needing to rearrange the room are my only issues. However, I would definitely stay here again and hopefully opt for double bed room. :)
The pool that is there is pretty unusual. It's divided in the middle by the wall of the building but you can swim under the wall and swim outside, or stay inside. My son really enjoyed that and thought it was awesome that he could swim outside while it was raining and still be able to swim inside too. It's a great way to have an "adult" and "Kiddie" side to the pool.
This hotel was around everything we wanted to go to and pretty well located based on what we were doing. I would definitely stay there again and probably enjoy just staying around the hotel a little more and seeing what all was on the menu at the restaurant downstairs.

Had a great experience with the staff. Michael and Tanya at the front desk were extremely accomodating to the point Michael offered to carry our bags to our room when no luggage carts were available. Nathan with food service was super friendly and always available to help out and go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Many thanks!!

My family stayed one night in March. We acquired two adjacent rooms at very affordable rates. The location allowed us to travel easily down I-630 to our destination. The rooms were clean and roomy; kids loved the warm pool. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would like more items on the restaurant's menu.

This was first stay with my family. We all had a great time. The rooms were nice and clean. We even liked the clip that was on our curtains so we could keep them shut.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for the Little Rock Marathon and was not sure of the area. There were accommodations for food and shopping close. The construction was a little distracting but once you figured the way around, it was almost like it wasn't there.
The front desk always had smiles and after a long race, it was good to come back to the comfort of our room and their smiling faces!
We will definitely be staying there again!

The last two times I have stayed here I had issues with the TV service ever5 mins or so the voice cutting off for at least 1 minute or the service going completely out. This last stay I was in a room right next to the service elevator and the noise it made was like a caged dog in my bathroom. It was loud and continuous al night long when someone used it.
I wont be going back to this hotel any time soon. I will stay elsewhere for my business trips

Had a room that had a door to the room next door. Don't know if this had anything to do with the room acoustics or not, but I could hear the lady's lengthy phone conservation. TV could not drown out her voice.

OMG, this was the BEST hotel! The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. Room was clean, tastefully updated. They had a special buffet arrangement since we were with a soccer team, which was very appreciated. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many items. The lobby/atrium was very nice,lots of chairs, it was great to have a drink. The pool is heated, and has an outside part. The exercise room had modern equipment. They even have a Starbucks coffee kiosk. It is next to a PF Changs. Would highly recommend this hotel!

As a pretty regular guest at this hotel, I had become very comfortable on the fifth floor and the excellent service provided in the Club Room. I was sorely disappointed to discover the club room had been closed after the holidays. I never minded paying a little more for a room on the fifth floor since I could relax before dinner in the club room and in the morning have a great breakfast. With my health problems and traveling alone, I felt safe having a beer or wine and a snack in the clubroom. I would certainly hope that Crowne Plaza would rethink their decision about closing the clubroom. Now, I will reserve a regular room and just be there.

As a business traveler spending over 130 nights per year in Hotels, I would consider this hotel average. There was no mini fridge in the room which is a little something to most but is important enough to me to keep me from staying here again. The drinks in the sundry shop were convienent but overpriced at almost $3.00 a bottle. I would normally buy a few at a conv. store but with no fridge available I would have had to depend on the Ice Bucket, which is not the first thing I want to do when I wake up. Lastly, my room was hot and i could not get it cooled down, even with the air set on 65 in never dropped below 74. With that being said i was only there 2 nights and didnt bother calling the front desk. I am sure they would have changed my room but i was already unpacked and had to much work to do to take the time. Overall this Hotel is sufficient for most but it doesnt fit what i look for in a business travelers hotel.

As a priority club member i have always received good service at this location. But lately things have seemed to deteriorate. I have always received a newspaper at my door. Not on my last few visits has this happened. Once during my last two stays have I received a paper. The last two rooms i have stayed in the tubs would not drain and filled with water when showering. This was repaired when the front desk was notified.
