My stay here was excellent. Our room was so clean and we enjoyed the aromatherapy sleep packet that was left in our room. Such a relaxing experience while on a business trip.

This is the best hotel! Customer Service is great! Michael Gonzalez demonstrates the most exemplary customer service and makes guests feel so special. Beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Food and drinks from the bar were great. Tommy made sure we were well taken care of.

Excellent staff and service. Very comfortable bedding. Wonderful atmosphere to relax at the end of the day. The food at breakfast and dinner was also excellent. The manager's reception is a great perk.

Pleasant memories turned sour

In the not too distant past I stayed at the Crowne Plaza West Little Rock on numerous occasions. The 5th floor Concierge level rooms were always good quality, there as an on floor agent for any help needed, evening hospitality center was always well maintained with good food and snack items. The morning breakfast available was always fresh and hot, often prepared to order.

During the most recent stay all these pleasurable conveniences were completely missing. All had disappeared. The hotel café was closed for evening service. Only high priced, slow delivery room service was available. Breakfast the next morning was dry, cold, and completely unimaginative. No newspaper was available. Completely coffee service was non-existent except for the room coffee maker.

I was completely disappointed in the level of service received. I paid for a Crowne Plaza experience and got an off brand experience.
