Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Our Stay WE enjoyed our room it was quiet, Good view looking over church.. Bar could be better..lighting late at night too bright not a good atmosphere. Bar attendant was friendly "liked him" Breakfast too expensive for what is available...better ouside of hotel for price. Great location...enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable...good nights sleep. Good restaurant recommendations from the staff. The staff was always very helpful. There is a very relaxing garden behind the hotel. Lots of lounge areas. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay Our stay was very pleasant indeed, we were allowed to our room on arrival even though it was approx 10.30am. The room was very comfortable but with two double beds it was never going to have a lot of space, we were pleased it was at the back of the hotel for peace and quiet to sleep. We had a lovely view of the garden at the back. Bathroom was good with essential toiletries included. We made good use of the garden during our stay and appreciated it being there to relax in, you did not feel like you were in the middle of London sitting there. Staff were always really helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect as it was such a short distance from Gloucester Road tube station and just down the road from the museums. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely go there again as our first choice to stay in London. June 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good upgrade to the hotel Being a regular at the old hotel, Holiday Inn, I was delighted to see the hotel following its upgrade. Certainly an improved bar area! The breakfast was disappointing for a Crown Plaza. Comfortable and well located with easy access to the Glouchester Road underground station, which is most useful. June 9, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super room, great service, good value We came to London with our 2 children for a birthday weekend treat. We needed a room to sleep all 4 of us that was close to the Natural History Museum. The room was great, with a beautiful garden view. The rooms overlooking the garden at the back are lovely and quiet so would recommend asking for one of those. One of the beds was a bit too soft, but I guess that's just personal taste. Got a good deal including bed and breakfast for all of us. The children were well looked after and treated well by staff. Hot chocolate for breakfast was very much welcomed! Great for a quieter location but very easy access to central London via South Kensingon tube station. Natural History Museum is quite literally a few minutes down the road so we were able to beat the half term queues. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when we next visit London. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic hotel and location. My husband and I stayed in a twin club room with our 7 year old twins primarily to spend a couple of days at the science museum. We picked the hotel for its great location but I can say it exceeded our expectations; the staff were lovely and efficient, the room was very quiet with a view of the garden through opening french doors which were great to let in the fresh air. The garden itself is a wonderful hidden gem and the club lounge with its complimentary drinks, computer and chess set kept us and the children happy.We didn't get time for Monolopy but no doubt that'll be one to play next time ! The only one complaint was the Mild chilli on the children's menu was very very spicy and my daughter ( who likes a medium spiced chilli ) couldn't eat it. However she was quickly offered another choice from the menu which she thoroughly enjoyed. All in all can't wait to come back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. June 7, 2013
