Its all about money

This hotel looked good on paper, priced slightly on the higher side as compared to some of the other hotels in the area.

Bell hop service discussing, would much rather talk to there colleagues that customers.
We had quite a lot of luggage as we were in transit for two day, I asked if I could store some of the luggage in the store room, yes was the reply but we will charge you $5 per item per every 12 Hours, costing me $200 for the two day. When I refused to pay, I was then not offered any help with luggage to my room.
I had a small parcel delivered to the Hotel by UPS for me, the Bell desk received the parcel and preceded to charge me a fee of $5 for receiving the small package (4 lbs.), where has customer service gone
I book a 1 day tour of LA for my family through the Bell desk, I was charged the tour rate which was fine, but had to pay $60 CASH upfront to the bell hop, when asked for a receipt, I was informed the tour company will give you that tomorrow, this did not happen.
On check out the hotel Bell service would only assist with 3 pieces of luggage to the lobby, we had to look after the rest, we were also not allowed to use the luggage trolley

All in all I will never stay at this Hotel again

Needed a Hotel ASAP

Because the Hotel I was to stayed at was Booked, I found Crowne Plaza, never knew it was part of my IGH membership. What a great find, I love this hotel all the perks I get,and my guest were treated so well, that when they come in March 2015 a group of us will stay here and walk 5 mins to our workshop
If you have not stayed here your missing the art of great customer service, good food and great drinks.

Great Property, Convenient, but Tough Sleeping

This is a good place to stay, convenient to the airport, and convenient to attractions in the area. Paid, but convenient parking, great rooms, restaurants are available on site, but, even when you know it is close the airport, you aren't prepared for the level of noise. Apparently the FedEx air terminal is nearby, meaning flights all night and cargo planes are louder than passenger planes. The hotel does supply a really cool packet with ear plugs, and some lotions and a spray to prep you for sleep, but it's tough to overcome the noise. The staff is courteous, nice clean rooms, service is good, but there's nothing they can do about the noise. You might get by thinking the jet sound will become some sort of background white noise, but good luck with that!
