I was recently stay at Crowne Plaza frighten I bad experience have because I'm deaf. However front desk man was very helpful and did his best to help me and make me feel comfortable. I will definitely go go back . Thank for a awesome service!

After a cross country flight we had an effort less check in. We ordered a pizza in the cafe, which the staff allowed us to eat in the restaurant. A jazz pianist was playing and singing, at one point an employee sang " I'll Put a Spell on You", she was great. It was a great start to a vacation.

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Crowne PLaza LAX has the best food! Great breakfasts and really good buffalo wings. Their house vinegarette dressing is tops, and the Draft beer is COLD!

I was very tired when I arrived late on Monday night, having flown from Detroit to Denver for meetings and then from Denver to LA to check into the Crowne Plaza.
I was so grateful when one of the bellmen, Rigo, came right up to me and offered to help. My room turned out not to be ready so he called the front desk, got me another room, took me there and then went to the front desk and got new keys for me and delivered them. He continued to be very helpful for the rest of my stay whenever I had a question.
Trinidad, at Room Service, was also extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. I needed my order sooner than I thought so I called and he delivered it himself.

The only reason we stayed at the Crowne Plaza was to take the airport shuttle in the morning. We waited over 30 minutes at 4:30 am for a shuttle and almost missed our flight.
Would not recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to get to the airport on time.

It was my 1st time staying at the Crowne Plaza or any LAX airport. I always try and fight traffic from Orange County the morning or day of a flight and it is stressful, not just the drive but then the parking and transferring my luggage. I had always through of trying staying at an airport hotel so I called a few of the airport hotels and the Crowne Plaza had the best deal and the reservation people were very helpful. I asked 3 times, are you sure the price of the hotel includes the 5 days of parking and they assured me it did. Well, I arrived the night before my flight, the hotel staff was wonderful, the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I was able to park my own car, which I like, in a parking structure right next to the hotel and leave it there for my 5 day trip. The next morning, I hopped on the shuttle and they dropped me off at the airport, only minutes away. It was really stress free and started off my trip in a relaxed manner. The only issue I had was when I returned, it seemed that all the other hotels or parking facilities had a lot more buses picking you up and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus to bring us back and when it did finally arrive after 2 phone calls, they also stopped at 2 hotels before dropping me off at the Crowne Plaza. But overall it as a great experience and well worth the price for the hotel and parking all included. Hopefully someone will really read this and fix the pick up situation.

The room was modern and comfortable, but the bathroom had only one towel bar and there were two of us. Everything else about the room was satisfactory.

Very close to LAX. We stayed for a retirement dinner. The service and food were excellent except the steak. Check in was very easy and faster than I am used to for this size hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had no fan, and the door was this sliding door for the closet with no lock. When entering the room the first site was the commode. The bed is very comfortable.

I was flying out with my 3 kids early Friday morning so I wanted to stay close to LAX so this hotel seemed perfect. At check in they requested a credit card for expenses that the room might charge so I gave them my debit card. I understand the need for this so I had no problem giving it even though my room was paid in full with a credit card. What I have a problem with is 2 days after I returned home the money has yet to be refunded to my account. We slept in the room and left so no charges should be charged yet I can't get a refund. When I call I am told I need to call back during business hour and talk to accounting. I didn't talk to account in the first place so why can't who ever answers the phone look into my account and see about releasing my funds!

We always try and stay at this property when we are in LA. When we first started staying here it was because we were flying in and out of LAX and it was so convenient with a free shuttle. But now even when we have meetings in LA we stay here as it is just amazing and still easy to get in and out of the city. The club level is a great relaxing area and Tony who has been working there for years always remembers us and welcomes us back. Everything thing about this hotel makes me happy.
Absolutely recommend it.

This Hotel provides excellent value. I have stayed here numerous times in the last 5 years. The location is very convenient for all my business activities near the airport. The rooms are excellent and very functional for the business traveler. The lounge and restaurant are as good or better than any other Hotel Chain. The Sushi Bar is an excellent plus. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking fee's are competitive with any major Hotel chain close to LAX. Always my first choice when I travel to LA.

Great room and the staff is very attentive. Stayed there twice for one week at a time and I found the staff to be very consistant in their level of service. I definatly recomend this hotel for your next stay in the LAX area.

The room was very noisey ( all night) due to the airplanes taking off and landing. Double paned windows would have taken care of this.
Shuttle bus pick up time was 45 mins!! Maybe they were busy but 45 minuts is way too long to wait.

We have stayed at this Crowne Plaza many times and have always had an enjoyable time. However, this time, the thermostat in our room did not work, and the room became very warm. Also, the water in the shower did not get warmer than lukewarm. We stayed on the Park 'N Fly program, so we didn't really have time to deal with getting these things fixed. Overall, this stay was less enjoyable than in times past.

Stayed for one night. This really is an excellent hotel. Few minutes from LAX. A short walk away from Budget and Avis. Well greeted upon arrival. Very bright and beautifully entrance. I first noticed the coffee bar with internet access. Even has half a dozen computers for web access + a printer. The food counter offers a variety of sandwiches and snacks for quick eat and go or a very beautiful dinning room with buffet breakfast or a la carte. Both excellent if your meeting someone for business. By the way, the coffee is really good.
The hallways, the elevators, the room, all exceptionally clean. Really, you would think this place just opened. The room and bathroom were super clean. The shower works great, lots of hot water, even the taps worked perfectly well. The bed was super comfortable. Free wifi and worked perfectly with my apple hardware, easy & fast.
The staff always courteous and helpful at every level.
Really, you might think I'm exaggerating about the above but you'll see for yourself. Anytime I go back to LA, this place will be the only hotel I'll go to by far.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Crowne Plaza. The room was extremely comfortable and it was only a few minutes to LAX.
I was extremely surprised being as close as we were to the airport yet it did not prevent us from sleeping like babies.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by frosty649 Beds were very comfortable, although the rooms were very noisy, as could here all the planes coming and going as are so close to the airport.
Had trouble with our reservation, as we were told by an operator from the hotel, when we booked, that we had paid for two weeks parking along with our room reservation. We asked to confirm with the operator several times to make sure we both understood what we had asked for and were agreeing to the same requests, which we were assured that it was.
When we got to the hotel we found out they were only going to cover our first week of our parking. Since the phone call was recorded we asked them to check the conversation, but when they got back to us about the request they said they were not allowed to listen to the conversation.
If they do record phone calls, which they state when you call them, then to me something seems not on the up and up.
Rooms were also very noisy, as the hotel is right beside the airport, so if you are a light sleeper do not expect to get a lot of sleep.
If you call to make a reservation on one of their promotions make sure you record the call also, because what we were quoted on the promotion, was not what we got nor for the price quoted.

The room was nice, quiet and the bed comfortable. Temperature in the room well controlled. Excellent service at check-in and check out. The hotel is very close to the airport with shuttle service every twenty minutes.
An excellent sushi and wine bar adjacent to the restaurant.
Some floors were undergoing a renovation, but I didn't notice it with any noise or other disturbance.

Clean, safe, super comfortable, friendly staff, excellent general location and easy access to LAX. Surprisingly quiet, too. Staff was helpful, professional, and friendly. Rooms are attractive and clean with nice amenities. Shuttles are frequent. Internet cafe is very nice to have available. Thanks for a nice stay!
