When I did actually did valet my car for the additional fee of $3, when leaving the hotel I was handed my keys and told the valet lot is "just over there". no what I consider valet. I anticipated complimentary rewards service or items such as a complimentary drink during happy hour or the sort, but did not receive anything there either. stay was at this location due to additional trips on a project I am completing near by. I anticipated staying at this location for all of my future stays, but will now reconsider. chose your room wisely. if you intend to have a view, be sure and reserve a room that has one at reservation time. I got the view of a neighboring roof. July 15, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Was not happy with the bath tub drainage I called down to front desk about how the bath tub was not draining properly, the lady said someone would come up, but no one did. I called the next day and I got the same answer. I was not happy with the service and this made my stay for irritable as the showering facilities were not up to par for a Crowne Plaza hotel June 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4 day stay The entire staff was incredible....starting with Kenny helping me before I even entered the hotel. Every staff member was there to help with any needs. Excellent customer service. The Lobby was beautiful. The rooms had been re-done but were not quite as nice as the lobby. They were a tad dated but very clean. They were also very quiet. Room service was incredible. Each meal (am/afternoon/pm) was delivered in no more than 20 minutes. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. May 23, 2013

I enjoyed my stay and the location is good relative to lots of action and the famous Rodeo Dr. I just though the hotel would be nicer... since the pictures on the internet were fab!! Splendid room with a free upgrade, lots of space and a great place to prepare for a conference, relax and work. Free pass for the Club room (breakfast of on same floor as my room), beverages and cookies between 5 and 7 pm. Wonderfull conference room(s) on the second floor. May 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 My journey at Beverly Hills Arriving on 04/29/2013 I had the best reception ever in any hotel. Perfect accomodation, excellent room with a free upgrade. Free coffee in the room (I am a coffee drinker), two flatscreens (main room and bedroom) and plenty of room to relax and work for the conference I was attending. Free newspaper every morning at 4.00. I would go back to the same hotel if I went back to Beverly Hills. May 5, 2013

I like the neighborhood I like the attention and service of the recepcionist and front employees I do not like the hotel decoration it is old and oldfashion I do not like the bathroom door it is bad ubication I do not like the breakfast room, the psyical space, the person that helps is good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very helpful staff on arrival after a traumatic time searching for luggage at LAX without success, the staff were very sympathetic, both at reception and at the concierge desk - the stay at the hotel was good both in terms of comfort, location and helpful advice and support from the staff. The concierge rebooked our tour, contacted the limousine to confirm pick up and generally offered support when we tried to track down our lost luggage with BA. the bar and restaurant were both good and the breakfasts wholesome. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dreary and Paper Thin Walls This hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. The rooms are dreary and the garage elevator was a true throw back. The bathrooms were sorely outdated. The worst part of this hotel were the paper thin walls. I was awoken multiple times by the room next door to mine. I heard voices as well as the tv and alarm clock. When I told the front desk they said next time request a non- adjoining room. I was in a non-adjoining room already. The staff was not helpful or even friendly. When I checked in I was pointed in the direction of the elevator and given no further information. I found out at check out that I did indeed have wifi access. If there were any amenities in this hotel I did not know of any of them. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but all the negatives outweigh these positives and I would not recommend this hotel. March 23, 2013

They're small, and I hate them being right off the bedroom. You can here other toilets flush. It can be annoying. But the location and price trumps these things. I'd stay there again..... Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and fair service it is a nice hotel and has a nice location. bed is comfortable and service is good. The only thing I do not like is the billing. My bill is over charged $57.58. I stayed this hotel for 5 nights and all nights are paid by points. When I checked out, front desk told me that there is no any charge. That is correct because all of these points are prepaid. However, when I went through my credit card bill later, there is $57.58 charges from this hotel. I immediately contact hotel on Feb 19th, hotel admited this is an error and they will issue refunds to my credit card in 72 hours. However, as of today, Feb 25th, I still have not received the refunds. I gave hotel accounting department a couple of calls and all call went to voice mail. I think the hotel is fine but I do not like these kinds of billing errors. These billing error and unnotified charge has let me lower the score of this hotel because most of people will not check their credit card charge details everyday. Also Hotel does not keep their word to refund $57.58 overcharge in 72 hours. I still need to make a couple of calls in next a couple of days. Nobody would like to spend a lot of time on fixing other people's errors. February 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel but outdated amenities This was a nice hotel though I feel it was overpriced due to the size and quality of amenities such as the bathroom. The room needs to be updated with a modern look and the bathroom was still the same as it was first built it seems. I suppose when paying for a top facility such as the Crowne Plaza esp in Beverly Hills, you would expect that to be the case. The fitness room was nice especially since it is open 24 hours, but there is no pool nor jacuzzi at this facility. The staff was very friendly and allowed a late checkout without hesitation. The lobby is nice overall with many amenities to help the traveler. I would recommend this hotel overall. February 20, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well maintained and comfortable hotel in Los Angeles The double beds are comfortable, the room is well maintained and the service is excellent. This hotel is in the location I needed to be. The cleaning staff is excellent. I left a note requesting extra soap and towels and I was very well taken care of. The room's decor is a dated classic style and in a very good condition. It offers free internet access and a flat screen TV. In the lobby we found hot apple cider offered to all guests. In the room we found aromatherapy lotions and spray to help guests relax. The staff is attentive to all our needs. February 17, 2013

Room service was poor and full towel supply was missing and it got worse day after day. This is annoying for a 5 star hotel that I thought I was paying. Attention should be paid to more details.
