Looks Okay from the outside just okay....building run down very old..pluming was awful and a huge hairy spider was crawling over ceiling was not pleasant. only stayed one night and that was too much.

Great value for the money . The staff were extremely helpful and personable. The location perfect for our needs. The lobby area towards the elevators needs an update but the room and bathroom were clean and well equipped though closet and drawer space limited. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Crowne Plaza Beverly Hotel is not worth the amount of money you pay as condition of its interior and services are in a very bad shape. The hotel needs immediate upgradation and really hope the management does something on urgent basis.

Terrific! Excellent Service.

Overall the experience was a great one! I was visiting for a workshop at the Museum of Tolerance. The hotel was very convenient. I could walk or drive.
Anytime I had a question, the staff was able to help me. They were friendly, courteous, and pleasant. I will be attending several more workshops at MOT and expect I will be staying at the Crowne Plaza again. I cannot wait!
