For the area the Crown Plaza is a great value, service and amenities are great as well. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Beverly Hills Facility

I'm having trouble uploading images of the dirty facility, that I took with my camera phone. This site takes too much time to upload photos, so I'll only send a few. The elevator buttons on each floor were grimy and dirty -- I was disgusted by it. Dust on lampshades in the hallway were layers upon layers and even the wallcovering around the light fixtures is dusty. Walls and doors thoughout the facility and in the rooms were marked and soiled at hardware and light switches. You have a nice facility with poorly mismanaged housekeeping. I moved the club chair in my room and there was dust and debis under the chair. I am staying in LA for another week, but I am moving to another hotel.

Cleanliness An Issue...

Had two stays this month at the Crowne Plaza - Beverly Hills and was quite disappointed. Elevator floors are dirty and smeared and the towels/wash cloths are scratchy and cheap. Management said they were sorry it was my "perception" that the hotel was not clean. Uploading photos to illustrate my "perception".
