overall experiance

The overall experience was poor.The staff ignored my needs and as I said the room did not smell clean and the utilities were marginal.Due to past experience I did not use the restaurant.In the past whenever I passed house keeping staff they would smile and say "hello".This time no.The one exception was the valet parking staff who were very helpful and polite.Otherwise I did not feel welcomed or respected.Especially by the person that initially checked me in.

Terrible Experience

Everything is old, dirty and extremely outdated, only nice thing in all hotel is the TV, but I didn't have time to turn it on, so possibly, given the overall condition of this property might not even work

Nice hotel in convenient location

I stayed here while in LA for a couple of days. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and modern with no frills. I assume they then used the savings to upgrade the basics like showers, bedding etc. My view was bad either. If I need a hotel in Beverly Hills again, I'll choose them!
