Not what you expect from a Crowne Plaza

The hospital was not up to standard of what you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. The downstairs lobby, and entrance look great and as expected. Then, once you get to the elevators, you are thinking you are in some ghetto place, get to your room, and you think the ceiling may fall on top of you while you sleep.

The water in the shower does not get hot, it gets luke warm at best. The shower also leaks all over the floor, beware of your step, might crack your head open.

The furniture is highly outdated. and could use a nice scrubbing. The bed was typical, but certainly didn't give me a goodnights sleep.

The checkin staff will tell you that breakfast is served from 0600-1100 on the second floor. The signs direct you to breakfast. What they don't tell you is once you get your food and sit down, they will give you a check for $17.00. This was totally unexpected and infuriating, especially when you grab one egg, and two slices of bacon.

If I come back to Beverly Hills, I won't be staying here.

The overall experience was poor.The staff ignored my needs and as I said the room did not smell clean and the utilities were marginal.Due to past experience I did not use the restaurant.In the past whenever I passed house keeping staff they would smile and say "hello".This time no.The one exception was the valet parking staff who were very helpful and polite.Otherwise I did not feel welcomed or respected.Especially by the person that initially checked me in.

Terrible Experience

Everything is old, dirty and extremely outdated, only nice thing in all hotel is the TV, but I didn't have time to turn it on, so possibly, given the overall condition of this property might not even work
