Comfortable bed.

Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a large group of teens in the hotel and they spent a lot of time in the hallways and were very loud. The door to the hallway has no noise deadening ability so it was like the teens were right in the room with me. The hotel is quite large and it would have been easy to put this loud group on one floor and one wing isolating the noise from the business travelers that need their sleep.

Stayed for 4 nights - not as good as I thought

Smelly lobby and elevators. Nice restaurant food. No free coffee in lobby. No free breakfast. Nice rooms and beds. AC does not cool fast enough in some rooms. Many rooms open on the one side direct into the halls where they have conventions etc. and that can be a nightmare if you run into one.

Clean & Shiny with a Fabulous Staff!

Although we stayed in Louisville during a very busy weekend and the hotel was booked to capacity, we were disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the pool because it was not big enough to support so many guests. With so many hotels offering complimentary breakfast for travelers, we were disappointed that a continental breakfast was not served.
