Welcoming staff

Landed in Louisville due to a major snowstorm and rerouting. Late at night the staff accommodated us, stranded in a city we never intended to see this year. We were picked up promptly by the hotel van and promptly provided a room. This welcoming, helpful, prompt service allowed us to maximize our sleep time before "reporting" back to the airport for our "adventure" to arrange flights back to our original destination. Thanks.

Not impressed.

We have a seven person family, 2 adults and 5 children. I asked for ajoining rooms when we made reservations. Not only did they not do this, they wouldn't even put us on the same floor with our children. I argued, so they did find a way to get us on the same floor but literally on opposite ends, which was quite a ways away. So fine, we dealt with it. Fast forward to bedtime. It was the hardest most uncomfortable matress I have ever slept on. Needless to say, not a restful experience. The overall cleanliness was so so. Room service was okay.
