Fire alarm & front staff

Overall my experience was very good. The front desk staff greeted me and were somewhat rude, and unhelpful.

An alarm went off for over 30 minutes. At the time I was staying there the hotel had several disabled Customers. Closing off the elevator and not providing an alternative for these disabled individuals was concerning. I do not feel like they were very well prepared for a fire alarm, and should it have been real there would've been a very big problem with taking care of these disabled.

My overall experience, food room, cleanliness was good.

NWBA - Wisconsin Thunder

My room smelt like smoke. The sinks and shower wasn't cleaned everyday. Garbage was left in my room. And the proper communication wasn't received regarding the lack of handicap accessible room availability.

For the leading and most expensive hotel at the NWBA National Tournament I'm disappointed in the lack of laundry and breakfast.

We booked 10 rooms for our team, if the NWBA Nationals is in Louisville again, I am unlikely to choose your hotel.

Hotel was bery busy with wheel chair basketball in town.Staff was great and took the time to ensure check in was smooth even thoughthey were so busy. they were efficient and professional while making you feel comfortable. the room was clean and quite. i will stay again.
