Only complaint is that I had called in 10 days before to again request my 2 rooms be next to each other (adjoining) as the kids would be in the hallway less. I knew we would be checking in late so wanted that arranged prior. When I got there to check in, they were unable to meet my request, the staff was very busy with other service recovery issues, the lines were backed up and the phones ringing off the hook. I really could not get them to take the time to meet my request. Very disappointing. Not a deal breaker but would have been fun and certainly the guests between us would have gotten a bit more sleep with 4 teens going back and forth between rooms as they were preparing for some competition. No hot tub or fridge is also a bummer. For the price I often get better amenities at the cheaper hotels (fridge, hot tub, continental breakfast). Staff was very nice. Had to call for more towels. Neither of the rooms were not prepped for 4 guests even though my reservations stated that.

Customer service and hospitality at its finest!

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville, Ky., numerous times over the past 15 years and without fail, the warm and friendly staff's customer service and hospitality is First-Class and Top-Shelf! Their attention to the details is amazing and when my travels bring me back to Louisville, there is only one hotel that I would consider staying at and yes, you guessed it, the wonderful Crowne Plaza Hotel with hospitality at its finest!

Convenient, Clean, Courteous prompt shuttle.

Goal was to stay near airport for early morning flight and not have to leave hotel for food. This property provided all those at level expected in a Crowne Plaza.

Business Travel

Front desk staff were friendly and found my IHG Rewards account and applied the right points!

Room was okay, was clean, but the three little windows in my room on the first floor were not very inviting.

Loved the relaxation kit

Bathroom was clean

Even though there was a group of kids in the hotel on the 2nd night, I didn't run into any problems with noise issues


The fact that my shower was accessible meant a huge puddle every morning

Lighting in the room isn't the best, need a light in the hallway

Shower was not hot enough
