King suite more than adequate, although the $2.50 bottle of water was unnecessary. Not recognized as Premier Elite member, nor was the front desk clerk very customer oriented. February 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend with Family The location of this hotel is perfect there are plenty of restaurants and shopping right down the road, there is a great Chinese restaurant almost next door and they have great food and a nice quiet atmosphere. The pool always seems to be cold. Plenty of space in the room so I could stay up later and watch TV and my daughter and granddaughter used the sofa bed on the other end of the room and were not disturbed. We have been lucky enough to stay at this location numerous times over the past couple of years and would highly recommend it. February 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service - Attitude of the front desk is commedable I had issues with my room key. Front desk was very kind and patient. Security was called to help me. Key did not work at the elevator and at the room too. One person at the front desk was handling guests that night. Other person had called in sick. I appreciate Tim's attitude. He offered a free breakfast (coupon sent to room). Thank you. Problems does surface. I like the way it gets solved. Thank you front desk team. February 15, 2014
