I had two, but could only answer the question of how they were resolved for one. The first was resolved by the letter reply, wonderfully, so a 2 would go to a 7.
The second complaint was not resolved, and as stated, somewhat marred our stay.
Oh! and the lifts seemed very creaky and old, strangely, for quite a new hotel, and took a long time being summoned

shame about Staff and drinks prices

The hotel was so clean and the rooms were so comfortable BUT the staff on reception were so unhelpful and the drinks prices changed in every bar for exactly the same drinks ranging from £8.80 to £14 20 ,when mentioned to staff told well you signed the receipts therefore you must pay even though i went straight to reception to complain about it.It ruined our stay.

I am therefore, sorry that there appeared to be some discrepancy regarding bar prices. For those residents, who charge drinks to their room; after their drinks are dispensed at the bar, a receipt is produced for the guest to peruse and sign and I can confirm that the charges appearing on the receipt, would be commensurate with the measure of the drinks ordered. Had you felt at the time that there was an error on the bill, this would have been corrected immediately. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
