Great hotel, good price

Everything is fine, except the lobby smells like mold and/ro humidity, the internet is somehow slow, and the food at the tepanyaki restaurant is very poor, not to mention the cook never raised his head, never smiled, never talked to anyone at the table....very rude.

Carpet Cleanliness

I always enjoy my stay at Crowne Plaza, However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the carpet. It just does not seem to be very clean. Otherwise the room was very clean.
