Great place to stay. This hotel has excellent customer service.
Rooms are clean and well maintain, excellent place for good night sleep. Hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help you what ever you need to make your stay enjoyable.
I look forward to staying in this hotel every time.
I normally stay 120 days a year all over the wold for my business Crowne plaza hotel in Bahrain number #1 choice when i compair with all other hotels

Received a very warm welcome to the hotel, and inagurated new room, unfortunately we notice the shower was not working too late couldn't take a shower that day and with small kids, next day they changed the room, ok but the damage was done, sorry but at least check the rooms works before giving it to costumers...
Additionally a very noisy room...

More knowledge to the staff about IHG benefits:
The front desk staff was courteous and friendly but lack professionalism; I would like to recommend the following to be considered:
1. More training to be provided to the front desk IHG representative pertaining business club voucher as they don’t know anything about it. The front desk blocked 30 Bahraini dinars from my visa card but I didn’t have any extra to pay but still not re deposited, when I questioned they told me after a week will be deposited.
If they informed earlier that for surety they are adopting this method definitely I would have paid some cash amount as surety.
Usually I used to pay thru business club voucher but crown plaza Bahrain IHG representative doesn’t have any knowledge about it so it’s better to provide some training and workshop to handle such cases.

I wish to inform you that every time I come to CP Bahrain I get the same bad experience & services. I'm very loyal to the CP & I spend at least nine month a year in the CP.
When I arrived no one of your staff welcome me as a platinum member only when I complaint they did & they keep telling me that they upgraded my room since I'm a platinum member & when I go to the room I find it a regular room, then I go down to inform them this is not upgraded room then they change me to something else. I want honesty before anything else.
When I went down to check out, they debited my Master Card twice, I asked him why you did this, he said the bill is higher than what we held against your card. He spouse to release the hold and debit my card once for the total charges & he should inform me before he does the debit, may be I will pay the differences in cash, but your people assume things and they do whatever they like before getting back to the customer.

The staff were really friendly and very professional, always smiling and moving quietly between the rooms
Also the rooms were comfortable and clean
I loved the complimentry biscuits and water
The wake up call system was great too
