Rooms, Staff and Service was excellent. Booze and food is overpriced and expensive, we where only at the airport hotel one night and had a few drinks in the hotel bar which was really expensive for drinks, we are only at an airport not in the desert so why is everything so expensive! We would stay here again but we would look at cheaper hotels with a cheaper bar first!

Great rooms, great bars and restaurants. Always busy, vibrant and interesting whatever the time of year! So convenient for the airport especially with the shuttle service to all terminals.

I actually wrote a message to Priority Club and IHG regarding this particular stay. As I have yet to receive a response to either of these messages, I am inclined to make this rating short and to the point. This was by far my worst lodging experience ever! The establishment appeared to be staffed by ONE employee; a young female associate. The others were either disengaged/ disinterested or busy actually harassing patrons of the establishment. My only goal was to receive a short respite, a quiet gym workout and continue on my way. I found it to be a task during all three. As I wrote in the previous emails, I would appreciate/ expect at least some type of response.

Again we received exceptional service and would definitely book again. We have stayed several times before and the service is always of a very high standard with lovely clean comfortable rooms. After an 8 hours flight the nicest thing is to be met by a pleasant driver who takes you back to the hotel where your car is waiting ready for your drive home .
Until next year Crowne Plaza....Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service at this hotel is excellent. I arrived at Manchester Airport at 08.30 and cheekily rang the hotel to see if it was possible to have my room early. By the time I had walked over everything had been organised.
Really great staff which is what makes the hotel so good.

The Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport offers consistently excellent customer service. I am a regular visitor and would not consider changing hotels. The greatest achievement of the hotel is the staff. The team know their regular customers by name and are always courteous, helpful and friendly. The food and beverage is of the highest order and reasonable value for money. Rooms are always tidy and well equipped. I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport.

Excellent stay. First class smiling service from very professional team. Wonderful value for a first class room and a weeks parking. This was our second similar use of Crowne Plaza, the other at Gatwick and we will definitely use again.
