Great place to stay

The Crowne Plaza Marlow is a great place to stay, it is in a great location with lovely grounds. All the public spaces are well maintained and the gym and pool are great. The guest rooms are really comfortable and a nice environment to stay in. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only let down is its incredibly slow wireless internet, you can forget anything other than basic email function on it.

Stayed many times before and the rooms are excellent and this is a good hotel.
Good Wi-fi connect.
Good breakfast.
Only issue for me are the prices compared to local hotels!

good rooms

I think the hotel needs to up grade they furniture and overall pricing the hotel rooms is never the same for continue nights which I think is not fair for customers like myself as I mentioned this next week im having to pay different rates for the same room.

As you can appreciate, certain areas and aspects of a hotel do invariably suffer wear and tear and become due for refurbishment and upgrading over periods of time. I can assure you that these items are noted in the maintenance diary. We plan and co-ordinate the rectification of same, to be attended to at a suitable period where there will be minimal disruption to our guests. Refurbishment and upgrading projects do, unfortunately take time. We take on board your comments in relation to the pricing of hotel rooms, unfortunately this is the nature of our industry and rates are subject to fluctuation.
