Good location,

Friendly and helpful staff a great breakfast to start the day and a very good spa to relax all this made my stay very enjoyable. As I had some clients to entertain this hotel is again very well equipped to make the stay a good one.

Marlow stay

Having stayed at another crowne plaza the previous month and had a fantastic stay we booked this hotel for another weekend break.
What a disappointment in comparison.
On check in they could not find our booking then we got told we are part of a children's party. This was sorted however the room we had was very tatty. It was a mix of old and new furniture with a tatty blue carpet.
We had pre booked dinner however we got given a menue and after 10min told this was not for pre booked dinner and got handed a tatty card menus with very little choise. The net curtains in the dining room are filthy also.
We contacted customer service but got a poor responce.
If looking for a break go to the Heythrop park crowne plaza in Oxford
