Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by room change...... We arrived shiortly after 3:00 p.m., was told our assigned room wasn't ready, so they gave us another room. My wife and i went out after taking our stuff to the room, and came back later. I took my shoes off and was lying on the bed watching TV. I got up to get a drink, and felt my socks get wet. I checked the floor and found the entire carpet was damp...There was no smell or anything. I went downstairs to the front desk to report it. In just a few minutes I had another room, amidst multiple apologies, and was offered breakfast for both of us the next morning for the inconvenience. Now to be truthful, your breakfast buffet and the wonderful man, Frank, that you have working in the breakfast room is one of the major reasons we stay with you. He is the greatest.. Anyway, I returned to the room, started to pack our things and a gentleman I assume was the housekeeping manager came up, checked the floor, asked if we needed help moving our things, and just a couple minutes later, another gentleman, whom I think was the maintanence supervisor, did the same thing. We believe that perhaps the carpet had been scrubbed, since it was wet all over, and had not dried out completely. While, perhaps, this should not have occured, we know that sometimes things do happen. The manner, though, in which it was handled by your staff could not have been any more professional. My only suggestion is that maybe the carpets shoudl be checked for dryness before the room is opened up.. May 24, 2013

The attention to detail and consideration was exceptional. My comfort was of utmost importance to these professionals who spared nothing to ensure I had a remarkable hotel experience. Also, I stayed at the hotel years ago when it was a Holiday Inn. Believe me- there is nothing of the Holiday Inn anything remaining. BRAVO! I had a great time and will not hesitate to choose the Crowne Plaza again. THANK YOU May 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome room The room and staff are EXCELLENT. The dining area and high prices were BAD. We got three small bowls of soup, one burger that came with onion rings....and walked out with a bill for lunch at almost $60....ouch!!!! DON'T EAT HERE!!!. We only ordered coffee, tea and water to accompany our meal. ( P.S. we found about a teaspoon of crab in the crab soup which looked like watered down broth with a few onions in it. Terrible!!!!!) However, the room was excellent and staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Really nice. Made up for the lunch fiasco. Thanks. May 13, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, lacking some attention to detail Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. Check in was great, staff polite and helpful. However, our room was not well cleaned - dirty bathtub, clothes left in the bathroom by previous guests. Our requests to have the clothes removed were ignored. Price was good, but staying there with children I was uncomfortable questioning how clean things really were. April 19, 2013
