la gente excelente, el trato del personal,,,,,de lo mejor
el hotel muy bonito y en buen lugar solo tres quejas
1..- PESIMA CAMA .MUY AGUADA
2.- PESIMA ALMOADAS,,,MUY AGUADAS
3.- INEXISTENTE CONECCION WIFI POR NO DECIR MALA, PESIMA SEñAL. jamas pude usarla, una desgracia total. y eso si afecta el resultado de mi viaje.

Great stay

This crown plaza is always consistent. Have stayed here over 5 years and always consistent. Great Rooms, Great beds, Great staff. Great Lobby Bar where you can always relax with a pianist.. The Staff is always there to help. Gym is also good
4 Stars because of some down falls.. No pool/jacuzzi. Spa Massage needs improvement. The masseuses are not that good. They can't do deep tissue well at all.
There are 3 restaurants.. The Italian food is not good at all. The buffet is ok.. but only eat there if your bored and lazy and don't want to go out. The new restaurant with fresco seating is good food. Rib Eye Tacos or Arachera tacos are great. But if at all possible I recommend eating out side of hotel. Walk to foot of World Trade center building and Visit Filcorico... order the red chilaquiles for breakfast, capuchino and fresh vegetable juice.. Great start for your trip.

Please revise and fix the internet service provided, was not good for business. Review the pillows and maybe because of the size of my room, but the bathtub was very small.

While the staff was friendly - I prefer my rooms to be cleaner and for air conditioning to actually work in a fitness center.
