The hotel has has a beautiful renovation throughout and the staff provided excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed there last year and returned again this year. The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttles to and from are very dependable. The guys running the shuttles are very personable and professional. All the staff act like they are there to help you any way they can. And yes, the beds are as close to feeling at home as you get! Love the new upgrades that were made in the past year! Keep up the good work!

Breakfast buffet selection was good. Quality was poor. Eggs were industrial quality - what I would expect in a school lunchroom. Choice and variety of menu items needs a serious overhaul. Coffee is flat and tasteless. (Not everyone likes Cuban-style coffee). Menu is way overpriced at breakfast. Had such a poor impression of breakfast that I did not try lunch or dinner. By way of comparison - the Holiday Inn property at Highland Beach has a far superior restaurant - all three meals.
Hotel accomodations and amenities were what I expected for a Crowne Plaza. First time as a Priority Club PLATINUM member I was not offered water in the room. I expect the INTERNET to be completely free of charge in a Crowne Plaza, Adding another tier of service is gouging the customer. Parking fees are exorbitant as well.

Pool area closed at 10PM and I would have liked it to be open 24 hours. Plumbing in the room leaves a lot to be desired. Having said that, the staff was fantastic, the hotel clean, the room cozy. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Near by the airport. Very easy to return the rented car. They have buses to the airport between 20 minutes. Very good hotel. The staff attended me very polite and fast. I came in the hotel 02 hours earlier before the check in with my wife and my 3 years old daughter and the staff gave my room right away because my child was crying and impatient. I surely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the property from 16Mar-10May. Your staff was wonderful - consistent each day, reliable. Excellent thank you --- I would like to see that you do not charge your hotel guests for parking -- we are paying for a room, and the parking should be allowed at one car per room. Just a suggestion but thanks for making my stay pleasant

Excellent stay en may 2013 in the hotel except for directions to use for the venue. The official address of hotel is 950 NW LeJeune Road. When you put those informations in your GPS, it's impossible to introduce the number of the property and if you validate the address without the number, the GPS take you about 20 miles away from the right site ! Give for example the address of 950, 42nd Av instead of 950, LeJeune Road ?
We are a litte bit afraid also for flights just across the site but it's really not a problem, the sound damping in the hotel is quite excellent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
