Great Staff - BUT hotel needs repairs!

We have stayed here for many years. It is showing age; lobby looks bare and unattractive, our room had wallcovering ripped and coming off, room ceilings need repair (concrete cracked and peeling), bathroom shows moisture damage. We were treated very well and the new restaurant was good. The coffee pot and glasses/ice bucket on tray appeared not to have been used for some time (were dusty). All in all, our stay was more than satisfactory. SUPER FRIENDLY!!!!!

Room was falling apart ceiling and walls, they failed to give me wake up call, room was constantly cold even with heat on 85 never got above 72, restaurant good food over priced, staff everywhere nice

I have shared your comments with the staff and we are working diligently to correct the issues you faced, with the ceiling, walls, wakeup call and heater, to prevent this from being an issue in the future.
