Noisy heater

The heating unit in my room didn't work properly. It kept cycling on and off rather quickly - maybe a bad thermostat?. It would turn on and then off but it never had a long period of inactivity and was quite loud. While I was awake it didn't bother me because I could adjust the volume on the TV but when I tried to sleep it was extremely irritating and the temperature wasn't comfortable. Didn't bother to notify staff because I would have to pack everything to move to another room at 1 AM, which would have been a hassle.

Room was not well lit either but bathroom was great..

The driver of the shuttle, which I didn't use, was extremely helpful when he saw the struggles I was having with my luggage.

Although the check in staff was nice I had to slow her down (was speaking very fast) to make sure I understood the information she was providing. Never asked how "my stay was" when I checked out.

Maid service opened my toiletry bag. I even left tip. No excuse for this.
