My number wasn't on my reservation and the clerk at checkin did not ask. When I asked later and I gave them my number the clerk said that they would get it entered. I checked again at checkout and it had not been entered. I stay here fairly often and have never had this issue with my IHG rewards status.

Really like the service the bar. In general the front desk staff is very attentive. Just this issue with my rewards status was frustrating.
