Very good location, quite central, with a metro stop only few steps from the front door. Recognition for a Platinum PCR member, room upgraded and was given a voucher for a drink. Also, wifi was free. Very helpful front desk staff - as I had several queries regarding early morning flight. Would recommend and will stay next time I am in Milan. March 10, 2013

Very nicely designed: elegant wood decor in the bedroom and the dressing, Very good lighting Desk. Sitting area. Magazines. Natural Essences home perfume diffuser Elegant bathroom (but with no window contrary to corner room). Lait de Figue toiletries. 2 flat screen television sets with good selection of international channels Very quiet despite there was a party somewhere in the neighbourhood (seems to be the case every Saturday night). Good: - very easy access (the metro station is just next to the hotel lobby), and 10 minutes walk from Central Station (with easy connection by shuttle to Linate and Malpensa airports) - comfortable bed - elegant design - good breakfast (quiet and elegant room, good selection of products, excellent service), nice staff at restaurant - large and comfortable junior suite Bad: - wifi can be slow, and free (for Platinums) only for one device - check-in experience could have been more smiling February 20, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good size room and good price near Milano Centrale Station. Next to the exit of Sondrio station. Kind of far from Milano Centrale station with big luggages. If you have heavy luggages, consider taking metro. Employees were fairly kind. Promotion was nice like free minibar and free pay per view moive service. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Frozen Pizza The hotel was comfortable but rooms were rather small staff at the concierge was helpful and great location next to MRT. However we were disappointed with the bar tender who was unfriendly appear to be overworked and showed unpleasant persona. We we served pizza which was not very nice and being in Milan we expected to have very good pizzas but to our disappointment we were served FROZEN PIZZA. When asked the bar tender he said the "This is not a Pizzeria" unbelievable . I don't even serve frozen pizza in my own home.His cocktails were also not on par.Dissapointed! January 2, 2013
