Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay This is the second time I stayed at the property. It got off to a bad start when the room I was assigned was occupied by another guest. The problem was immediately addressed, I just do not know how that could happen. I scheduled my wake up call and it never happened. After verifying with the front desk in the morning that it was scheduled, the wake up guarantee was not honored. This was very disappointing since the policy is clearly stated in the room and the call was documented by the hotel. I'm just glad I woke up on my own..... The room service staff was very friendly and responsive. In addition, both staff the evening and morning staff members in the hospitality room were very nice and outgoing. The breakfast was pretty weak in the hospitality room, there was no hot food, only continental. Compared to other Crowne properties I have stayed in, this was a disappointing experience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a nice experience I get to stay at this location about 6 times a year and I always look forward to it. I like to eat dinner at the hotel and on this occasion the restaurant team was not on their A game, but I've had enough nice experiences at this restaurant to know that everyone has an off day occasionally. I enjoy this hotel so much, I take a later flight, so I can get some work done, knowing I'm going to have to drive in Atlanta rush-hour at the end of my trip home. I look forward to my next stay in April. February 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No continental breakfast We stayed in this motel the day before we left on vacation and the evening we returned. We had a few problems the first night we stayed there. TV and Wi-Fi wouldn't work. We contacted the front desk and they immediately found the people that needed to assist us. Nice and close to the airport to use for Park-N-Fly. Only downside we found was there is a restaurant on the premises which is pretty pricey. Since they have a restaurant there is no breakfast of any kind. They did have coffee and packaged rolls (like from a convenience store) that had been frozen available if you got there early enough! If you didn't, you didn't miss much! Would still recommend, especially if you are flying out of Milwaukee. February 21, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Park and fly We always chose Crowne Plaza when we are departing out of Milwaukee for a flight. The rooms are so nice and the staff are very friendly. I did have a little issue trying to get ahold on someone to pick us up at the International terminal but with a little patience it was all resolved. I would definitely recommend them for your stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by January 2014 Stay I stayed overnight in January to catch an early flight from Milwaukee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My bed was very comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was timely and easy to navigate. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Wisconsin. February 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Airport location Superb staff - very accommodating. Clean; modern rooms and décor. Quiet. Had coffee and muffins to go @ 5:30 a.m. - I had to catch an early flight. Only complaint I have is that it was -10°F over night and I had a draft coming through the base of one of my windows. Had to keep the heat going all night. There are also decent restaurants close by - safe, etc... January 29, 2014
