Stayed a night in a king bed room on the top floor.
Water leak stains on the ceiling, broken toilet seat, broken heater, unpleasant odor in the room.
Got up the next morning to a freezing cold temperature and the wall-mounted heater vented in more cold air.
No decent restaurants nearby.

This is a fine place for medical or business meetings.
The ambiance is business-like and more than simply adequate for the purpose. All the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar are efficient and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again

We have had opportunities to stay at a number of Milwaukee
Airport hotels and the Crown Plaza is by far the best! The staff was courteous and went the extrra mile to accommodate our needs. The restaurant is surprisingly good for an airport hote, with an extensive menu, tasty food, and great service. We will stay again.l

Love this hotel because...
1) The park and ride feature is so handy.
2) The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly.
3) There was coffee and muffins plus fresh fruit available, even at 5 am, when we needed to catch the shuttle.
4) The on-site restaurant serves wonderful, tasty, inexpensive-for-a-hotel meals.

Clean and comfortable rooms, park and fly is very convenient. The Altitude restaurant has very good food. Only negative thing is the lighting in the area where they set up the in-room coffee maker, that area is dark and you have to feel your way around.

The only thing that was negative was that the hot water limiter in the shower force me to have nearly cold showers. Just a wee bit more hotness, please?
