We were in town for the HD 110th celebration. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The customer service was outstanding. There was one minor billing issue when checking out which was reconciled.

We stayed at the hotel for the Harley 110th anniversary and would like to send our kudo's to the staff. from the booking manager , Kevin, who was very accomodating, to the friendly housekeeper's to the maintenance man& manager who ensured that we has supplies for a motorcycle wash station. I forgot their names but they were awesome!

Was there for Harley-Davidson's 110th Anniversary. Had a great stay. The only thing missing were small refrigerators in the rooms.

Best hotel in Milwaukee airport market. Crowne Plaza seems to be the best brand for a consistent quality hotel stay in the US. Love them and book them when I can!

Stayed for a week at the Crown Plaza during the Professional Car Society International Meet. The hotel staff, especially Maureen, were terrific, and were there for us every step of the way.
The room was comfortable and extremely clean, as was the entire hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for a convention. While there they also hosted several other large events, many of them local. The restaurant, named Altitudes, was the best food and price I have ever encountered in a hotel setting. Not the usual high prices and lousy food. A truly pleasant experience.
My only negative comment would be the lack of counter space on the wash basin area. The vanity needed to be larger to accommodate ladies make-up accessories/men's shaving supplies etc. A towel rack on the small basin area could also be added. These were minor negatives compared to the quality of the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel

First off, we arrived at the Crowne without our luggage - not any fault of theirs, just setting the tone. And instead of arriving at noon, we arrived at 6:30pm after having to be at DFW airport at 5:00am, so already a very long day. Problems started when we went to check in. I had made our reservations several weeks (5 or 6) in advance so I could have the room I wanted. I called two days before our arrival to confirm our King Ex. Suite. Yes, the room was confirmed. I gave our confirmation number at the desk - and low and behold - a queen room - two queen beds - no suite! I explained what I reserved and showed the lady at the desk my confirmation - no go. So, I had to settle for a king bed in a room. So, we get to our room - not happy - and there sits the king bed in the middle of a room. The coffee maker makes one cup of coffee at a time, the bathroom is tiny, no vanity space. But we're gonna make the best of it, and we head down to the bar for a cocktail. Eventually decided to stay there for dinner, and the food was excellent! As we are headed back to our room, I ask the lady at the front desk if she could round me up a regular 8 cup coffee maker. She will get us one. Okay, no problem. (never happened# Get to the room, ready to watch tv and relax, the tv doesn't work! I call down ask them so send someone up to take a look at it, they write the room number down wrong and send the maintenance guy to the wrong room. When I call asking about when someone will be up, the lady asks me if I would mind changing rooms. I explained that I was confirmed with a king suite, and was told there were none, She says, sure there is - and a gentleman brought up 2 keys. #only one ever worked) Still was not the King Ex. I had confirmed, it was called a Luxury Suite. Only difference is it had a pull out sofa. Still same small bathroom, no standard coffee maker, no fridge or microwave, just a very small cramped room with a king sized bed and a couch. Granted, I did use my Priority Club points for the room, but for the amount I used for the King Ex Suite, I feel that's what I should have gotten, or refunded some of the points.
Overall - just a hotel - nothing fancy, and for the name, Crowne Plaza Suites, I would have expected better. Very disappointed. We will be returning to the Milwaukee area, but will save the money and stay at the Holiday Inn next time. I will get the same treatment and nicer room for the money.

Stayed here for a long weekend for a convention. The guest room and the meeting facilities were perfect in every way. Banquet and reception food was terrific. Even with an extended power outage during the group's arrival day, the staff was calm and cheerful, was able to check us in, and set out snacks and drinks in the lobby, where most of us waited. Front desk staff was especially helpful to me, making many copies for our board meeting. I gave this hotel 5 stars across the board. I would give more to the staff if I could!

The hotel is as expected, a comfortable, pleasant airport hotel, it isn't a holiday destination nor does it set out to be. What really made the stay special was the staff, they were all great, Maureen particularly was wonderful - give her a pay rise!!

Other than my room already be used by someone else... I got my key card opened there door and WOW! good thing the door latch was used....
Set me up in a new room, not other issues. Maybe a better look at room fill and with is there and who is not.

The hotel puts the "clean" drinking glasses in the bathrooms at the same level as the toilet lid under the sink on an open shelf. This makes the drinking glasses "dirty" after every flush!!! I have alerted both the hotel management & IHG to change this basic cleaning set up. Please check your bathroom when staying here. Also, mattresses are old & hard, not a premium mattress.

We had a nice stay at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport. Really nice and clean facility, great breakfast, great pool, workout room too small though. We did have to ask a couple of times for towels, but we kept our "do not disturb" sign out all the time. A young man at the front desk named Mitch was very helpful and went above and beyond to hook us up with the bus to/from Summerfest and also local points of interest. Give him a raise! All in all a very nice experience, but not "excellent", per se.

My child and I arrived at 2 am and giving us a late check-out was thoughtful and very much appreciated. The room was very pleasant, no noise, beds excellent, very clean. I could have happily laid there for 48 hours.

We stayed here for a train convention. We were happy with almost everything we had to come in contact with during our stay. Elevators were a problem. only one was working for 1/2 of a 5 day stay. I am not able to use stairs due to heath issues and having to wait on an elevator got old quick. My family (two kids under 12) enjoyed the pool while my wife enjoyed the pool and workout room. Making them happy makes me happy. I would definitely choose to stay here again if ever in town. The only con would be not enough towels to start with, was quickly remedied with just a phone call and would be nice to have a refrigerator in room for the longer stays.

Pleasant, professional front desk.
Cleaning crew quietly did their job and did not interrupt privacy. Cleaned in a timely manner.
Dining room staff provided pleasant, friendly service and willingly filled special requests. Food was EXCELLENT. Regarding buffet, 3 kinds of potatoes was redundant. The service and food was so good we decided to eat there rather than find local eateries. Prices reasonable.
(No benches outside for smokers. Ash trays were not emptied timely.) (ATM ran out of money too often.) (Guest computers could have been better.)

We were there on a convention, and the staff and amenities were
great, everyone was helpful and courtious.
The room was clean, and the beds comfortable.
The restaurant was good full service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. staff also well trained.
On the day we were on two different tours, the hotel had a nice buffet picnic lunch set up on the lobby so we could get back onto our bus quickly for our next tour. Very efficient !!
We would recomend this hotel.

Not only was the room and hotel beautifully and comfortably decorated - the staff friendly and helpful - and the bar very nice - but the food was amazing!!!!! Huge, delicious spread of food for breakfast , lunch and snacks. I almost fainted at the sight of the dessert buffet for for our conference. Yes, I must've put on 5 pounds that week. Outstanding venue for a conference. Thank you Criowbe Plaza!

We stayed here recently for a wedding. Decided it was better to pay for a room than risk driving home later. The room was comfortable and clean. The toiletries were nice, but I didn't get shampoo. Told the front desk and they had it there in minutes. The tv was nice flatscreen, but the service was not HD. My tv at home was better, so trying to kill a couple hours between the ceremony and reception with a movie was a little irritating (guess I'm spoiled. I like my Hi-def). Would have liked a free continental breakfast or at least fruit, but not included. They do have some pricey room service however (21% gratuity included). But overall for sleeping and convenience it was a nice room.

I booked four King Executive rooms for five nights each 2 1/2 months prior to my stay for reasonable rate per night a discount from the regular King Ex. rate and I had printed hard copy proof. One day before we was to arrive I checked my priority club reservations and it said standard rooms not the king ex. rm. that I had booked. I call the hotel directly the person that answered said to bring my proof and they would honor the reservations for king executive rooms, We arrived at the hotel at 11am to check in a very nice woman checked us in and I gave her my proof of the king executive room reservations and we were all set. Four king executive rooms will be ready by 3pm. We returned at 4pm. John the director of rooms informed me in a very rude way that there's no way we are getting the King Executive rooms we had booked for the price, tired from traveling for two days and from arguing with him to no avail I gave in.(I don't know what happened to the customer is always right especially when you have printed proof. not at this hotel) I wanted all the rooms on the same floor, he put one room on the3rd floor and three on the 4th floor which had a broken ice maker you had to go up or down floors to get ice since this is a full service hotel I called room service and asked for ice and they refused to bring us ice. So very upset I called Customer relations for the hotel chain from my room and informed them of all the situations. They said the Gen. Manager would be called, I don't no I they did or not. I noticed there was no refrigerator in the room so I called John directer of rooms to request one so my wife could keep her insulin medication cold John said we are a full service hotel and he couldn't comply with my request for a refrigerator. He said he would comp. us for breakfast buffet for our troubles, We ate at the breakfast buffet all five mornings, same menu every morning If it wasn't free we would not have eaten there, again poor service the servers didn't want to bring us coffee, at 9am one of the mornings they were out of B & G and said they wont make any more they were out of bagels two days, the buffet is open to 11am . On Memorial day we came back to our room late afternoon my wife took a shower and the maid left us no towels wife had to wait 15 minutes. dripping wet for towels to be brought to room, we noticed the room wasn't vacuumed that day ether.. The glasses that same day were dirty I had to wash them myself before I used them. Pillows were hard, Toilet seat was broken, room had no closet, bathroom very small no room on vanity for your toiletries. First day the room thermostat wouldn't work had to call maintenance to fix it. We fill we were treated badly by John the director of rooms and some of the hotel staff followed suit. I will never stay at this hotel again! It made our stay in Milwaukee a very bad experience and our first experience with Crown Plaza Hotels a Very Unexceptionable Rude Unpleasant Experience. The customer is not right here at the Crown Plaza Milwaukee WI. even if you have the documentation to prove it.

Staff courteous and professional. Room CLEAN. 5 night stay for convention. Fellow attendees who boasted of their comfortable pillow top mattresses had queen size beds. Attendees who complained of discomfort- king size beds. Not pillowtop. In no way comfortable. Due to height we require a king. Had there been a vacancy in any of the local hotels, might have swapped cleanliness and courteous employees for a less crippling torture chamber.

Room- space could be utilized more efficently HOWEVER- CLEAN!!!! Staff- professional, friendly, courteous. Beds-torturous, crippling. Stayed 5 nights for a convention. Would have changed hotels because of the bed- had local hotels not been booked. King size bed (bed size not optional due to height) did not live up to the advertisements. It was not pillow top - definitely not comfortable. (Bounce a quarter and call me crippled!) Numerous Convention visitors in queen size rooms boasted comfortable pillow top beds. Wishing we were shorter so we could rate a comfortable bed- 5 miserable nights=5 miserable days. Go Queen or book elsewhere.

I was there for 2 days in May 2013, The hotel was hosting a large wedding at the time, but you would not have known it from your room. The place is well maintained and clean. The prices in the on-site restaurant are very reasonable and the food is good. I will be bringing in my own group later this year (Military) and I expect that everyone will be pleased with the hotel.
