One of the worst experiences

I had no choice but to stay here for an event recently and had a terrible experience from the beginning of my stay. The hotel staff was very rude and disorganized when asking for assistance regarding our baggage, the beds were uncomfortable making it impossible to achieve a good night's rest and the restaurant service was excruciatingly slow (almost a two hour wait for our order to arrive).
