Comfortable clean room

Easy check in and friendly service. The front desk tried to meet my every request even though it was a walk up check in. I have styed there many times and my bill has never been wrong and I have never had a complaint about service or condition of my rooms. The staff makes it a comfortable and enjoyable stay each time I am there.

One of the worst experiences

I had no choice but to stay here for an event recently and had a terrible experience from the beginning of my stay. The hotel staff was very rude and disorganized when asking for assistance regarding our baggage, the beds were uncomfortable making it impossible to achieve a good night's rest and the restaurant service was excruciatingly slow (almost a two hour wait for our order to arrive).
