Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding service by staffs. Staffs are really friendly and on the "A" game for customer services. I set up a wake up call for 1 morning and was in a shower and can not answer the phone. The hotel manager, Francisco, went to the room, knocked on my door to make sure that I am awaked for my appointment. The little thing does make a different in cust. services. April 27, 2013

Francisco and his staff are professional, courteous and customer focus. The Crowne Plaza Aeropuerto imbues the personal touches along with guest comfort.
