terrible concierge service

The front desk and concierge service were nonexistent. they created problems rather than provide information or even give you packages sent for you. i will never go back.

Clean hotel with great service

Staff were very helpful upon arrival, telling us the best way to get around Montpellier. The decor is fairly modern and the bedrooms are clean. The only issue we had was that our air conditioning was poor/not working, and as a consequence our room was a bit hot and stuffy.

An OK stay

This is quite a nice property but compared to our previous stays at this hotel, this one was slightly disappointing
Not welcomed as an IHG member, unlike previous stays no room upgrade offered and when we asked for a late check out (1.5hr) it took some debate before this was granted.
Don't know if there has been a change in staff but at the check in desk they were not as helpful or friendly as we have experienced on previous stays here.
So, overall a nice stay but if we had been made to feel a little more welcome it would have been a lot better
