Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 it's ok Its near the exhibition center, which is good. Internet was a bit slow via Wi-Fi and didn't actually work everywhere in the hotel. If you try to use gym, remember that it's quite small and with lot's of people there can be very hot due to lack of air conditioning. If you use the pool prepare to a bit of mess, floor needed at least good mopping. And sometimes you cannot use it due to lack of lockers. Restaurant on the first floor makes me wonder how service and quality of food can vary on different days. Sometimes better sometimes worse. Sometimes you sit there and wait for somebody to come and clean table for 40 minutes before you can even get the menus, sometimes you get your steak just perfectly medium rare. Front desk is slow and looks like most of the time they don't know what they are doing. February 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good hotel, slow wi-fi. Overall the hotel is good. Locationwise it is good for exhibition center; however the nearest metro is about 15 minutes walking. What can definitely be improved is the Wi-Fi service which extremely slow in the room. January 28, 2014

Even though I felt the cost of everything were expensive (not only in the hotel, outside, too), your hotel has good restaurants enough. I had only one thing need improvement. Hot water could not come in the bathroom, and shower did not have enough power. Otherwise I thought totally good to stay. Thank you very much. December 23, 2013

Rooms, beds, TV selcetion good Check-in horible Front-desk inefficient, incompetent and unfriendly I had to wait at least 20 minutes before check-in. Check-out took very very Long.This was unbearable! Room numbers are very bad sign posted. Had to go down again to understand where my room is. The side wing numbers are not mentioned, when getting out of the Elevator. December 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel Excellent hotel, i normally stay at lesnaya but it was full on this occasion, so i decided to stay here - it was a very nice hotel, far better than lesnaya but the location wasn't as good. - its at least a 10 - 15 min walk to the nearest metro and the cost for taxis in moscow.....well i need not say. shame, as this hotel in really fantastic.
