酒店打车很难。

服务态度让人难以接受

check in ,check out 全程无表情;也未能提供与白金卡相适应的服务。
拦个出租车叫了三次礼宾都没得反应,礼宾连别人询问,回答这种基本的礼貌都没有。
早餐餐厅的服务员服务态度我都不想说了。

遅いチャックインのお客様のためにも 営業時間は考えるべきである。お客様がご一緒であったので、不愉快な思いをした。 グローバルのホテルとしては失格である。
