Some check- in counter staff need proper or enhanced training in dealing with guest. Check- in duration was considered as a bit long since all bookings had been confirmed before arrival. Put on more smile .May be have to gain some experience from Holiday Inn check -in counter staff.

The check-out was a nightmare due to errors upon check-in and has now created major issues with my credit card and funding. I really question the training of the reception staff. Maybe they are not used to handling foreigners but as an IHG property I would have expected much better !

The hotel doesn't do bad however for a price like this one can find much better hotels in Nanjing
